BACKGROUND As a Sacramento native, Tyler Jerde started his commercial real estate career in Roseville, CA as an Office Properties Tenant Representative with Voit Commercial Real Estate Services - a brokerage firm whose headquarters is out of Newport Beach, CA. Tyler moved on to began working for TCRE Commercial Real Estate specializing in Landlord Representation. Following this - Tyler started as an Independent Advisor at RE/MAX within the Commercial Division. He continues to expand his service line to include Industrial, Retail, Residential, Multi-Housing, and Land. Tyler has successfully completed transactions with clients such as: Planet Home Lending, Water Systems Consulting Services, Duncan Law, Western Sierra Medical Centers, Cook CPAs, EQA Labs, Go Capital, Behl Financial, Creative Dash, Farmers Insurance, Core Consulting Group, LPL Financial, Bobrow & Associates, Barghausen Engineers, Infinite Energy, G4 Marketing, Konsortum 1, Colt Builders, Miles Consulting, Terrawood Capital, Dr. Vodden, Pintura, Chicago Pizza, and numerous other companies and business owners.
