ABOUT
Josie specializes in Commercial Real Estate Properties (Leasing and Sales) throughout the Greater Sacramento area, with a niche focus on Roseville and Folsom. She analyzes her clients' needs and spearheads the entire process from market research through negotiation, construction, and move in. Representing Start-Ups to Fortune 500 companies - Josie provides her clients with organized and simplified information to facilitate a clear and informed decision. Josie is passionate about leverage creation to ensure the best deal possible for her clients. She enjoys creating new relationships and is dedicated to her clients. She has seen the successes, challenges and pitfalls of thousands of companies - and is eager to share her experiences with her clients. AFFILIATIONS Josie attended Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo where she enjoyed taking courses with an intent to pursue Architecture and Design. She shifted her focus towards Business and Marketing and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento - with a double concentration in Sales Management and Marketing Management. During the initial part of her career - she spent 14 years as Tenant Representative at CBRE (CB Richard Ellis). The majority of those years were spent being part of a team that leased and sold over 16 million square feet of office space throughout Placer County. As an Exclusive Tenant Representative and a Century Club Member - her significant contribution to the team database was compiling a meticulous inventory of the tenants throughout the Greater Sacramento and new business generation for the team. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry - she spent her first two years as a new business sales representative for a National Fortune 500 Corporation. After ranking top 5% in sales Nationally and earning President's Club status in her first year - she was promoted to Sales Manager, then hired, trained, and managed college graduate trainees who also achieved the highly coveted President's Club status. She was then promoted and spent a year as West Coast National Account Manager before her entry to Commercial Real Estate. INTERESTS Josie loves spending time with her family - which typically involves the beach and/or family golf outings. She also enjoys tutoring her daughters through their studies and music ministry. She is passionate about Commercial Real Estate and reads up on industry trends every chance she gets. Her passion is simplifying processes. Josie also loves attending and participating at her church and is part of a local community organization that promotes entrepreneurship to excite and propel disengaged, low-income students. Josie is also fluent in Spanish, both oral and written. |
