California is the 5th largest economy in the world according to the US Department of Commerce (May 2018). Despite this - California's Capital City (which is sandwiched between the flashier cities of San Francisco and Tahoe) has been overlooked for decades as a "cow town" or "rest stop". Today the Greater Sacramento area is being thrust into the spotlight and rightfully so. "Sac" - as the locals call it - ranks #3 in a list of top cities where Millennial's are moving - according to New York based SmartAsset which sourced the US Census Bureau (June 2018). Entrepreneurs and executives move their companies and businesses to where the next top talent is - they are migrating to the Greater Sacramento area and Placer County. This new generation of workers want a work space to collaborate and to create.
